VoIP phone calls can drop for a number of reasons, including network issues and insufficient bandwidth:

Network issues
Network glitches, such as a device or link going down, can cause calls to drop. Network congestion can also be a factor, so you can try closing unused tabs and/or restarting your computers and trying again.

Insufficient bandwidth
VoIP calls require a strong internet connection on both ends, so poor internet connection or insufficient bandwidth can lead to dropped calls.
